OBIEE 11.1.1.5.0 Step By Step Installation.
Please complete the steps mentioned in the earlier blog: OBIEE 11g installation (Part 1).
Download the OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.6.0) from Oracle eDelivery or from the below link:

Make sure all the zipped files have downloaded correctly and unzipped into a single folder.
From unzipped folder for BI installer, start the installation by double clicking on setup.exe to launch BI 11g installer. OBIEE 11g is also just like other Oracle products, it uses standardized Universal Installer.
Oracle Universal Installer will be launched.

Step 1:
Oracle Universal Installer will start the OBIEE 11g setup screen. Click 'Next'.
Step 2:
Select Software Updates option. If you are having oracle support id then you can select second option or if you are having update files in any directory you can go with third option. Here, we have selected 'Skip Software Updates' and clicked 'Next'.

Step 3:
Choose Simple installation type so that one can take full advantage of OBIEE 11g components and the Installer will install and configure all the required components with default settings. Make sure to select 'Simple Install' and click 'Next' to continue.

Step 4:
'Next' to continue the installation once the prerequisites are checked.
Step 5: Browse the path where you want to install the BI System and select that folder as given below.This will create a new BI folder.

Step 6:
In this step we will create a New BI System. Select second option if you want the scale out the existing BI System.
User Name: weblogic
User Password: Admin123
Conf Password: Admin123
Fill the form given below and click 'Next' to continue the installation.
Step 7:
Click 'Next' in the screen given below.
Step 8:
Fill the details of RCU schemas. Select appropriate database type and give all other details to go to next screen. Here, we have installed RCU in Oracle Database.
The details are as follows:
Database Type: Oracle Database
Connection string: localhost:1521:XE
BIPLATFORM Schema: DEV_BIPLATFORM
BIPLATFORM Password: oracle
(* This is the password you have set while installing RCU.
Make sure, your database is open and started.)
Fill the Details mentioned above and Click 'Next'.
Step 9:
This step is same like above step but we have to give MDS Schema details.
Database Type: Oracle Database
Connection string: localhost:1521:XE
BIPLATFORM Schema: DEV_MDS
BIPLATFORM Password: oracle
Fill the details mentioned above and Click 'Next'.
Step 10:
It will ask for an email address for security updates. You can simply un-check this check box from My oracle support, so it will give a small screen for confirmation.
Click 'Yes' followed by 'NEXT' in the following step.
Step 11:
This step will give the details of BI system to be created. Click 'Save' Button to save the
details in a text file and store it for future purpose. Click 'Install'.
Step 12:
This step will copy and Install all the necessary files from source folder to BI folder.
Step 13:
Click 'Next' with this step after the configuration is 100% complete.
Step 14:
Click 'Finish' with the below screen.
The installation of OBIEE 11g is now completed.
Go to Start -> All Programs -> Oracle BI Intelligence -> Start BI Services.
Open any browser and type: 'http://machine_name:7001/analytics' to start Oracle Answers and Dashboard.
Enter the credentials we had installed during installation.
